Terms & Conditions – Price Beat Guarantee

1. Eligibility

  • Offer is valid for UK residents aged 18 and over.

  • Available to homeowners, main contractors, and architects for residential projects only.

  • You must provide a valid original quote from a recognised supplier, including the glass specification.

  • The quote must be dated within the last 30 days.

  • The product quoted must be one of the rooflight range which Overhead Glazing offers.(i.e Velux windows are not included in this offer)

2. Price Beat Guarantee

  • We will compare your quote on a like-for-like basis, ensuring the specifications, materials, and project scope match.

  • If we can beat the quote, we will offer you a better price.

  • If we cannot beat the quote, we will provide a £25 gift voucher for Screwfix or Amazon.

  • The quoted rooflight design and glass specification must meet or exceed our minimum load requirements and glass deflection values to qualify for the price beat guarantee. If the specification does not meet our standards, we will provide an updated proposal based on a compliant design.

3. Installation Service Clause

  • If the quote includes an installation service, it must clearly state the costs for labour and any required lifting equipment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse installation services if health and safety regulations are not followed or are deemed inadequate for safe installation.

4. Gift Voucher Terms

  • The £25 gift voucher is only available if we cannot beat your quote on a like-for-like specification.

  • The voucher will be issued via email within 14 days of quote verification.

  • Only one voucher per project is allowed.

5. Quote Submission & Approval

  • Quotes must be submitted to sales@overheadglazing or through our online form.

  • If the quote is issued under an organisation or company name, the gift voucher will be provided to the main point of contact who submits the request.

6. General Conditions

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

  • We reserve the right to refuse quotes that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • The offer is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
