Terms & Conditions – Price Beat Guarantee

1. Eligibility

• Offer valid for UK residents aged 18 and over.

• Available to homeowners, main contractors, and architects for residential projects only.

• A valid original quote must be provided, including full glass specifications.

• The quote must be dated within the last 30 days.

• The quoted product must be from Overhead Glazing’s rooflight range (e.g., Velux windows are not included).

2. Price Beat Guarantee

• We will compare your quote on a like-for-like basis, ensuring all specifications, materials, and project scope match.

• If we can beat the quote, we will offer you a better price.

• If we cannot beat the quote and the quoted rooflight is from our product range, we will provide a £25 gift card for Screwfix or Amazon, based on your preference.

• The quoted rooflight design and glass specification must meet or exceed our minimum load design requirements. If the specification does not meet our standards, we will provide an updated proposal based on a compliant design.

3. Installation Service Clause

• If the quote includes installation, it must clearly state the labour costs and any required lifting equipment.

• We reserve the right to refuse installation services if health and safety regulations are not met or if conditions are deemed unsafe.

4. Gift Voucher Terms

• The £25 gift voucher applies only if we cannot beat your quote on a like-for-like specification and if the quoted rooflight is a product we offer.

• The voucher will be issued via email within 14 days of quote verification.

• Only one voucher per project is allowed.

5. Quote Submission & Approval

• Quotes must be submitted via email to sales@overheadglazing.co.uk or through our online form.

• If the quote is issued under a company name, the gift voucher will be provided to the main point of contact who submits the request.

6. General Conditions

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

• We reserve the right to refuse quotes that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

• The offer is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
