Eaves Window
With architects and home owners building ever more exciting refurbishments and extensions, our Eave Rooflight opens up a full 90 degree arc of light, unifying vertical window and horizontal overhead rooflight into a single, space-transforming glazed opening.

Rooflight Feature
An eaves window is a architectural feature designed to enhance natural light in a building while seamlessly integrating with the rooflign.
It is designed to be installed within the eaves of your building. The effect from the inside space is for daylight to sweep into your space through a full 90 degree arc from horizon to overhead, illuminating areas that would otherwise remain dark.
-
Seamless or Overhang Options
Choose between a flush glass-to-glass joint for a clean and minimal look or an overhang design for added weather protection -
Light from Two Angles
Eaves rooflights bring in daylight from above and the side, brightening up your space and making it feel more open. -
Modular for Easy Install
Tight access or no crane? No problem. Our modular option lets the roof section split into manageable panels, making installation easier and cutting down on costs.
Eaves Variations

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer a site survey before installation?
Yes, we provide site surveys for more complex or custom installations to ensure accurate measurements and assess structural conditions. This helps us deliver a perfect fit and smooth installation process.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
To provide an accurate quote, we typically need the approximate dimensions, roof type (flat or pitched), preferred glass specification, and project location. Photos or drawings are helpful too.
What are the lead times for manufacturing and delivery?
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the rooflight, but standard units typically have a lead time of 3–4 weeks. Custom or oversized units may take slightly longer.
Can you help with planning or structural requirements?
While we don’t manage formal planning applications, our technical team can provide detailed information on glass load, unit weight, and recommended fixing methods. This helps architects, builders, and engineers specify the correct structural support for our rooflights.
